In the summer of 2017, Tees Archaeology and local volunteers carried out a series of investigations at Piercebridge as part of the River Tees Rediscovered project. This free workshop is a chance to find out more about Roman Piercebridge and the investigations that took place. A number of specialists will set the results of the work in a broader context and finds will be available to view.
